📌 Important Stuff…

🚫 These files are for only for Procreate and will not work with other programs. You will need Procreate (for iPad) or Procreate Pocket (for phone), and Apple Pencil (or a generic one) although not necessary. 

👉 You will receive the digital file immediately after purchasing via email

👉 This is a digital file intended to be downloaded. You will not receive a physical item.

👉 All items included are shown on the images

👉 If you don't see it on the images, then it is not included

👉 Color renders are all done by me within Procreate, without any work outside the program tools. If you are not able to get the same results, feel free to reach out to me at helpdesk@the-fashion-file.com for steps.

👉 Please see the description of Commercial Usage below if you are in question of the limitations of the personal use purchase option.

👉 Commercial” use is any use: (i) that involves an exchange of money or other consideration, (ii) that promotes a business (e.g., sole proprietorship, corporation, or partnership), product, or service, or (iii) where financial gain or other consideration is either sought or a result, directly or indirectly, of Licensee’s use of the Licensed Asset. If any one or more of the criteria in (i), (ii), and (iii) is met, then the use is deemed “Commercial”.

My commercial license fees are extremely reasonable, in comparison to the time I’ve spent creating the product. Most listings have taken me over 100 hrs to create.

👉 You must purchase the commercial license product option on this page if you intend to use the brushes to create an end product you can sell, such as POD items, stickers, shirts, commissioned work, etc. Product must be an original design. Original design means using the brushes with a combination of design elements (e.g. images, videos, audio files, other media, text, illustrations, background features, etc. ) and editing techniques to make a "new" creative work. 

👉 This commercial license is only intended for individuals and small businesses with limit of 1000 pieces. Products sold over 1000 units and large corporation please contact me at helpdesk@the-fashion-file.com 

👉  Each License allows you to use the brushes in ONE PRODUCT, so you must pay to obtain a new license each time you wish to use the same brush in a new Design.

👉 Not for usage in NFT and gaming development. NFT creators and  gaming developers please contact me at helpdesk@the-fashion-file.com

👉 The Fashion File™ reserves the right to cancel or change the licenses granted by this agreement. Licenses can be revoked if the end product is deemed inappropriate by The Fashion File™.

Under the terms of this agreement, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license. 

📌 Prohibitive Uses...

🚫 DISTRIBUTION AND RESALE OF THIS PRODUCT IS PROHIBITED UNDER COPYRIGHT LAW.  Brushes cannot be resold, sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, assign, gift or otherwise transfer or distribute as a standalone basis / brush set of your own. 

🚫 End use must not directly compete with any existing or future products created by TheFashionFile, such as sewing journals, fashion sketching books, fashion start-up documents and templates. A template is a design that has a pre-determined layout intended to be further edited or customized by an end-user to produce the required final item.

🚫 You may not incorporate the brushes in any product that results in a re-distribution or re-use of the content or is otherwise made available in a manner such that a person can extract or access or reproduce the content as an electronic file. This also includes use or display the brushes in an electronic format that enables it to be downloaded, exported or distributed via mobile devices or shared in any peer-to-peer or similar file sharing arrangement.

🚫 You may not use the brushes for any machine learning and/or artificial intelligence purposes.

🚫 You cannot use the Content for editorial purposes without including the following credit adjacent to the Content “©TheFashionFile™”
